Shipping times vary based on product availability:

• In-Stock Items: This item will be delivered to you within 7-14 days.
• 
  Delivery Delays: If any delivery issues arise with our delivery partner or other unforeseen challenges, the delivery time may be extended by up to an additional 30 days to ensure successful delivery.
• Made-to-Order or Custom Items: These items are shipped within 45-90 days as they are specifically designed and crafted according to your customization preferences. This extended timeframe ensures a high-quality, tailored product.

Doorstep Service Delivery

Our delivery process is designed for your convenience:

• Residential/Office Delivery: Items delivered to the doorstep for ground-floor locations.
• Multi-Level Building Delivery: Items placed in a secure lobby area after notifying the security desk.

Please arrange for assistance if you need to carry items inside your space. Assembly instructions will be provided with your order.
